12. Bubble Palace, Théoule-Sur-Mer, Near Cannes, France
Bubble Palace in France is a well designed, marvellous bubble-like structure poised between sea and sky over the azure Bay of Cannes. It is also known as Palais Bulles locally. It is a massive residence designed by the Hungarian architect Antti Lovag for a French industrialist. But, later on, a fashion designer named Pierre Cardin bought it as his holiday home. It comprises a front area, panoramic lounge, 500-seat open-air amphitheatre, 10 bedrooms, numerous swimming pools and waterfalls.

Casa Batllo is one of Antoni GaudÒs masterpieces, right in the middle of Barcelona. The current building was a remodel of a formerly built house, which was restructured in 1904 by Gaudà as a renovation of a former home. It was renovated several times afterwards. Casa Terracota, also known as the Ceramic house, is totally manually constructed by clay and parched in the sun. It is located in Colombia’s royal mountain hamlet. This unique building is also called ‘Casa de Flintstone’ by local residents. It looks like a big, free-forming mound of clay, like a dwelling. This strange building is placed against a magnificent location in the highlands, surrounded by exquisite green farmlands.
17. La Muralla Roja, Calpe, Spain
In southern Spain, there is a housing complex named “red wall”, a famous name of La Muralla Roja. Its construction clearly refers to the Arab Mediterranean area’s renowned architecture. The red colour changes to blue and purple within the structure. It is a construction project led by Ricardo Bofill, a prominent Catalan architect. This fantastic construction is still entering with its labyrinthine buildings and bright coloured walls even 50 years after its inauguration in 1968.

Capital Gate has been accredited as “the world’s furthest leaning man-made tower” by Guinness World Records. The tower leans 18 degrees in comparison with Pisa’s Tower who leans about 4 degrees. The Leaning Tower of Abu Dhabi is the nickname of this building.
