The Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation has brought a change to the city. It was built under the Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation (JMRC) to run between Mansarovar and Chandpole stations. Day by day it is providing hassle-free transportation to Jaipur people. Now, it also operates from Chandpole to Badi Chaupar, Phase 1-B, which began operation on 23 September 2020.

1. When was it created?

The JMRC was created on 1 January, 2010 and the physical construction was started on 24th Feb 2011. The serving managing director was Nihal Chand Goel.
