Satisfactory travel primarily includes the careful handling of its passengers’ luggage. However, for a good long time, IndiGo airline is failing to provide this requirement. Recently, a woman shared her unsatisfactory experience as she shared photo of her damaged luggage.

A disappointed IndiGo passenger, Shrankla Srivastava, took to social media to express her frustration after discovering her damaged luggage upon arrival from Bengaluru to Delhi. In a sarcastic post directed at the airline, Srivastava thanked IndiGo for their apparent “care” of her luggage, highlighting the irony of the situation.

She took to social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) and wrote as we quote,

“Dear @IndiGo6E, Thank you for taking care of my luggage.”

Following the widespread attention garnered by Shrankla Srivastava’s viral post, IndiGo swiftly responded with an apology, expressing regret for the inconvenience caused. In their message, the airline assured Srivastava that they would investigate the matter and requested her patience while they looked into the issue further.
