But the fact is, these are harmful and very dangerous for the human body, especially the combinations.

1. Eggs and Bacon

These contain a high amount of protein. Which equals a huge amount of energy boost. Which is overall good, but the energy wears off real quick making the body lethargic.

The classic order! Since both the food contains a high amount of transfat it is not only harmful, but also it decreases blood sugar level ended the worst of all, it makes on feel sleepy and exhausted.

It is a very bad misconception that this combo is the best breakfast. Cause it is not. The citric acid in juice makes it difficult for the body to break down the carbs in cereal, which makes the body feel heavy.

4. Pizza and Soda

Of course, we need to water down pizza with something, like water? Nah, rather a glass of fizzy soft drinks. The starch, carbs, and sugar end up decreasing our body’s capability of digesting food.
