A reality show is a television program that portrays how ordinary people behave in daily life or normal scenarios. The reality show has gained huge popularity from early 2000. 1. Sanya Malhotra

She became famous in her debut film Dangal where she played the daughter of Aamir khan. She is also a talented dancer. She has presented Bollywood with good films like Badhai Ho, Pataakha, Ludo, Shakuntala Devi, etc. However, much before she became famous she had appeared for Dance India Dance and had got rejected in the auditions. It seems she was rejected in the show as the ‘backstory was not strong enough’ however after her rejection she decided to stay in Mumbai and eventually attained fame.

2. Rajkummar Rao

This famous Bollywood celebrity is extremely talented and gets into the skin of the character very easily. However he had struggled a lot to become famous and much before he entered the Bollywood, he had aspired to become a dancer and had appeared for the reality show Boogie Woogie at a tender age of just 16. However, he had got rejected during the auditions. Thanks to the rejection he landed up a better career prospect. The famous actor is teaming up with Bhumi Pednekar for his upcoming film Badhai Ho 2. The actor is working on the upcoming project of Chhalaang, Ludo and Ruhi Afzana.

3. Kapil Sharma

The stand-up comedian was born in Amritsar, Punjab, on 2nd April 1981. He attained fame by winning The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in the year 2007. Later, he hosted his show Comedy Nights with Kapil and post that there was no turning backward. However, before entering the comedy world he aspired to become a singer and had tried his luck in the Indian Idol and wanted to sing in front of the world. However, he was rejected during the auditions itself.

4. Ayushmann Khurrana

The famous Indian actor and Television host had received several awards. He was born on 14th September 1984 in Chandigarh. After winning the second season of reality television in Roadies in 2004, he started his anchoring career. He had made his Debut film Vicky Donor in Bollywood in the year 2012. After which he had presented the Bollywood with many hit films. He was amongst India’s celebrity’s 100s list in the Forbes magazine of 2013 and 2019. However, during the earlier stage of his career, Ayushmann had appeared in the reality show Cinestars Ki Khoj in 2003 and was evicted in the auditions itself. The actor was quoted saying that he was not ready to face the camera and had no regrets of his rejection. In this year Ayushmann Khuranna will be seen in the movie Gulabo Sitabo.

5. Raghu Ram

The famous Roadies host is known for his tough persona and his charismatic personality. The Indian TV producer and actor was born in an urban village of Andra Pradesh on 15th April 1975. He started his career in MTV India supervising shows like MTV Love Line. Later he launched web series titled Aisha My Virtual Girlfriend and the reality show Dropout Pvt Ltd. However much before he became successful he had auditioned in Indian Idol Season 1 in the year 2004 and got rejected due to his inefficient singing ability. Later he was nominated for the Best Singer Award at the Gima Awards 2012 for his song Manmani. Raghu and his twin brother have acted in some Bollywood films like Tees Maar Khan, Jhootha hi Sahi, etc. He had also written an autography named ‘My Roadies Journey’ which depicted various phases of his life.
