bollywood celebrity earnings from reality shows

Television is one of the most popular forms of entertainment, and reality television is particularly popular in India. These programmes, which include Bigg Boss, India’s Got Talent, Kaun Banega Crorepati, Indian Idol, and others, have been running for more than ten seasons. While the show’s contestants develop a bond with the audience, the judges and hosts are equally adored season after season. As a result, we’ve seen some absolute fan favourites who have been on reality television shows for a long time.

Our Bollywood stars, as we all know, make money not just from movies but also from social media and private events. That is what we refer to as “ideal passive income.”

Aside from that, celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Shilpa Shetty, Karan Johar, and others charge exorbitant fees to host or judge reality shows. It’s safe to argue that even if these celebrities don’t make movies, they can still make a lot of money.

Have you ever wondered how much these Bollywood celebrities are paid to sit in on these programmes as judges or hosts? Many people have stated that television makes more money than movies, but how much more? Let us explain.
