Taapsee Pannu is one of the most versatile actors in Bollywood at the moment. However, besides her brilliant acting skills, the actress makes a lot of headlines for her ‘befitting replies’ to trolls and to her fans as well.
The never-ending war between trollers and Bollywood sometimes really gets out of hands. Much that our celebrities try to keep it cool but the Twitterati seems to test their patience all the time. At the end of the day, they are also humans. But the trollers will do what they do the best.

Taapsee Pannu knows how to take compliments, as well as, how to react to insults. The actress, a day before announcing the release date of her new film Rashmi Rocket, shared a picture of herself, in which she has her back towards the camera, from the racing tracks. Taapsee, who plays the role of a sprinter named Rashmi in the film, garnered a whole lot of praise after her physical transformation for her role in Rashmi Rocket.
Rashmi Rocket has been co-written by Kanika Dhillon, who, concurrently with Taapsee, fought various trolls and even an experienced critic for their belief about their prior union, Haseen Dillruba. Directed by Vinil Mathew and co-starring Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane, Haseen Dillruba debuted on Netflix earlier this year. Taapsee recently starred in Annabelle Sethupathi, which was released on Disney+ Hotstar.
A Twitter user shared Taapsee’s photo with the caption: “Guess who?”, to which a Twitter user wrote,
“Ye mard ki body wali sirf Taapsee hi ho sakti hai. (only Taapsee Pannu can have a manly physique like this and wrote)”

Taapsee didn’t take offence to the comment but rather ‘thanked’ the troll for the ‘compliment’. The look in the picture is from her upcoming Zee5 film ‘Rashmi Rocket’ which will release on October 15. Replying to the comment Taapsee gave a sassy reply,

“All I will say is…. Just remember this line and wait for 23rd September 🙂 And advance mein THANK YOU I really worked hard for this compliment.”

During the same conversation another Twitter user wrote,
You really think your body being referred to as “mard ki body” is a line to remember?
— Varnalee Mishra (@mishra_varnalee) September 20, 2021
To which also Taapsee gave a mouth-shutting reply,
Yes it is. Wait till 23rd you will know why I want everyone who says or thinks this to remember their line.

Responding to Taapsee’s tweet, Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife, Tahira Kashyap commented, “Rooting for you,” while screenwriter Aniruddha Guha dropped a laughing emoji. Fans also hailed Taapsee’s hard work and determination.
