With the entertainment industry back to its booming self after the hiatus or rather the lockdown, films and reality series are dropping one after another. With that being said, National Geographic Channel has come up with a series “Mega Show.” After a much-awaited teaser, the show revealed the first icon that they are going to talk about in the very first episode. We are talking about the superstar heroine, Deepika Padukone!
However, the show will take us up close in her personal life and will give her all the glimpse of her good and bad phases. Here Deepika would confess her emotional rides, her fight with depression and anxiety, and how her friends and family would help her get rid of it.

We would see how the filmmaker Imitiaz Ali too talks about her emotional journey. We would get a peek into her relationship with her beau and now husband Ranveer Singh.
As per Deepika, she was quite shy in front of the camera. However, it was Homi Adajania’s Cocktail that changed everything for her. She reached her desired height in her acting career and was able to shake off all her shyness away.
Although with time she was getting twisted into a lot of emotional turmoil and Ranveer confesses to having witnessed a few episodes like that. Ranveer has been a key roleplayer in helping her fight the emotional knots that were binding her back from the happiness that she deserved.
Deepika and Ranveer dated for seven long years before they settled with each other. Their wedding definitely had set the social media on a wedding rager!

After a term of home quarantine in Mumbai, Deepika is now shooting for director Shakun Batra’s next film. Before that Deepika and Ranveer would be seen in a soon to be released film, 83. It is the biopic of cricketer Kapil Dev and his story of winning the 1983 World Cup for India. She would be seen playing the role of Kapil Dev’s wife, Rumi Dev opposite Ranveer who would be seen playing the character of the celebrated actor.
