It’s critical to advertise your company anywhere you can if you are a businessman.

Social media is one of the finest platforms for attracting customers’ attention. Social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram may help you find individuals who are interested in your sector and provide you access to a sizable audience.

However, Twitter has become one of the most frequently used tools for big businesses to engage with their customers about their opinions, promotions, and personalities in the briefest way possible.

Many companies, including Zomato, Swiggy, One Plus, and Amazon, used Twitter for marketing their services. While many times they get what they want, other times they get unwanted attention after their tweets go viral like memes. However, there are rare occasions when the conversation between the companies goes viral.

Soon after this, Swiggy replied,

“@durexindia the people who ordered these 2757 condoms are probably not reading this rn”
