But sometimes it takes a lot for the people to get to that spot. But sometimes becoming an internet sensation takes nothing but just some courage and confidence.

These are some people who received overnight fame on social media just cause of their unintentional viral content:

1. Sahdev Dirdo – Bachpan Ka Pyaar

Sahdev is a kid from Chhattisgarh. His teacher made him sing the song, Bachpan ka Pyaar song, recorded that and posted it on Instagram. Now it has gone viral to the point that songwriters like Badshah have asked him to work with him for that remake of the song.

Social media is full of memes, tweets, edits, reels about the same. Recently #BaspanKaPyaar became a trend as well. Sahdev has also appeared in reality shows where the remix of his version of the song was played. No wonder a teacher can change your whole life.

2. Dananeer Mobeen – Pawri Ho Rahi Hai

I’m sure at one point you either were tired of the reels where your friends or random people made reels with their group on that audio. The voice or inspiration behind those reels is Dananeer. She is a 19-year-old Pakistani influencer. While she was on a trip with her friends, she shot this sarcastic video of how some girls behave during old trips. That video spread like a rapid-fire. Bollywood celebrities also shared and made reels like that.

She was also approached by brands where she was asked to model for them. But she denied it since she’d like to focus on her education. This video broke cultural barriers like a pro.

3. Deepika Ghose – RCB Girl

Deepika was seen to be a die-hard RCB supporter. People became obsessed with her and started searching her name, more than they even googled the name of Deepika Padukone. Every year during the IPL, we do end up getting such a sensation once in a while. But Deepika did not expect this much love and increase in her fan following count, just by her supporting RCB.

4. Sarim Akhtar – Cricket Bald Guy Meme

I do remember making stickers to use on WhatsApp and spam my friends just to annoy them. The bald guy behind the meme is Sarim and he is half Pakistani-American. When he saw a Pakistani fielder miss a catch that was very easy to get hold of, he made that face and the camera shot it right away. In a jiffy, he started getting texts, messages, memes made out of his face, which was not at all expected.

Though this has been a long time since he got the fame, up till now the meme is still used and his expressions favor every weird situation.

5. Ranu Mondal – Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai

Ranu Mondal got famous after her video of singing, Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai, she is from Krishnagar, West Bengal. Her way of singing not only did make her an internet sensation. But she was also called up by Bollywood playback singer, Himesh Reshammiya where she signed a contract with him to sing for his new album. Her song with Himesh, Teri Meri Kahani, got viral as well.

6. Kanta Prasad – Baba Ka Dhaba

Kanta Prasad was a food stall owner in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. During the lockdown, a food blogger posted a video and asked people to help him and buy food from him. Since then the video went viral and Prasad set up his own restaurant named, Baba Ka Dhaba. People helped him financially by donating money online as well.

7. Vipin Sahu – Land Kara De

Main ma*******d hun jo yahan Aaya imagine being so terrified of paragliding that you literally yell put these cuss words. Back in 2019, Vipin went paragliding, where he luckily recorded his entire experience. His video went viral in no time and he was so terrified of that entire phase that he wanted it to get over as soon as it was possible for him.

Not only that he also offered more than 200-400 bucks just so that it stops and gets to get on the ground again. Now he’s famous with over 129k subscribers on YouTube.

 

8. Anita Gupta – Gucci Belt Rant

Nearly in April or somewhere like that Anita Gupta was recorded while unboxing a Gucci belt. We all are very well aware of how pricey and expensive Gucci is. But she did not seem to care that, her initial reaction was the belt schools like a school belt. Which school, you ask? It’s none other than the infamous Delhi Public School belt.

9. Vaibhav Vora – Mature Bag

A bag that is not only an amazing style statement but is spacious and comes off to some work. That is a mature bag. When you can pick up things and pick up girls too with your style, nothing beats the swag, right? The bag became a meme and not only that, but Mumbai police also did join the bandwagon.

10. Toddler Anushrut – Video resisting haircut

Anushrut’s dad was giving him a haircut as during lockdown that’s the only option you’ve got. But instead of being calm and chill, Anushrut kept posting his lungs out. “Arey baapre kya kar rahe ho tum, main gussa hu, main maarunga tumko, main tumhari cutting karunga, main bohot bada hu, main cutting karne nahin dunga” some help him out, he’s crying for help!

11. Somvati Mahawar – Chai Pee Lo

Waking up just to see a woman ask people to drink tea, was probably the best thing that entertained millions of people. Somvati uploaded a video of her asking people to drink tea and that was a viral video. Big brands also jumped in to take advantage and hats off to the copywriter for their amazing skills to advertise in the best ways possible.

12. Harjas Sethi – Work From Home Rant

Harjas Sethi works for an MNC. While the coronavirus cases slowly simmered down, people were asked about their opinion on returning back to the office for work. That disheartened Harjas and she posted a video of her ranting about how irritating it is to get back to work.

At the end of the video, she mentioned that the video is just for entertainment and if someone from her office sees that, they shouldn’t fire her. To which people commented that she shouldn’t be fired, in a funny way of course. Now she is known as the ‘work from home girl’ on the internet.
