He maintains it well and does a lot of workout for that, but it was for the role of Ethan Mascarenhas, for the movie, Guzaarish. He put on over 15 kilograms of weight by eating a lot of fried food, and then he lost all that weight for his role in Krrish.
2. Matthew McConaughey
Among all of his work, he gained maximum popularity and respect after his role in Dallas Buyer’s Club, in which he acted as a patient dying of AIDS. He lost over 47 pounds in six months time, by cutting down his diet on two eggs whites, one diet Coke and a plain fillet of chicken.
3. Halle Berry
Halle Berry took the transformation to a hard level after she did not take a bath for over a month to play the role for one of the movies called Jungle Fever, in which she portrayed a crack addict. She would go to the crack dens with a cop. This makes her one of the most stunning women on the television.
4. Randeep Hooda
Randeep Hooda takes the honor for having the most intense transformation. He had to portray the role of a prisoner who is an Indian and gets sentenced to death by the neighboring country, Pakistan. He lost over 18 kgs in less than 28 days. Playing the role of a well-built man in the first half of the movie, no one would believe his this epic transformation.

Christian Bale is the king of transformation. He had lost over 65 pounds to play the role in the movie The Machinist, and then he built himself back for the Batman series. And currently, he has gained a lot of weight for a biopic movie he is working on.
6. Vikram Chiyaan
Despite suffering from an incurable and rare disease that causes him to age faster, he makes his entry in the list with his transformation in the movie I in which he plays the role of Lingesan. This is one of the most iconic movies from the South Indian Movie industry.
