1. Aparshakti Khurana was born into a Hindu family on 18th November 1987 in Chandigarh.

P. Khurrana, the father of Aparshakti, is an astrologer and also an author of books on astrology. His mother, Poonam is a housewife and is of half-Burmese descent. She has completed her M.A. in Hindi. Ayushman Khurana is the older brother of Aparshakti.
3. Aparshakti Khurana educational qualification
He has completed his schooling and graduated in law from Chandigarh. Further, he pursued his higher education in the field of Mass Communication at IIMC Delhi. Reportedly, he had a keen interest in sports at school and was the captain of the Haryana U-19 cricket team.
4. Aparshakti Khurana wife
The actor got married on 7th September 2014 to Akriti Ahuja. Reportedly, he first met her at Shiamak Davar’s dance class in Chandigarh. She is a Financial Analyst and consultant. The couple was blessed with a baby girl on 27 August 2021, Arzoie A Khurana.
5. He was not happy with his job
He has completed his bachelor’s degree in law from Chandigarh and reportedly moved to Delhi in 2009 to practise law at the Delhi High Court. He was still not satisfied with his job and finally decided to leave it. Then, he started his career as a Radio Jockey for Big FM in Delhi.

6. Aparshakti Bollywood debut and breakthrough
Aparshakti got massive recognition in Bollywood after playing Omkar in Dangal. Khurana made his acting debut with the biographical sports drama Dangal, directed by Nitesh Tiwari in 2016. It portrayed the real story of Mahavir Singh Phogat, a Pehlwani wrestler, who trains his two daughters Geeta and Babita to become India’s top-female wrestlers.
Later he was seen in many movies like Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Stree, Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi, and many more.

7. Dangal is Khurana’s highest-grossing release ever which earned him a lot of praise along with a Screen Award for Best Male Debut and another nomination under the same category at the Filmfare Awards.
8. Khurana went from being an RJ to a host
Later on, Aparshakti went from being an RJ to hosting several TV shows like You Have Been Warned (2017), Super Night with Tubelight (2017), and Om Shaanti Om (2017). He has also appeared as a commentator on a sports reality TV show in 2014 called the Box Cricket League.
He has also been a host in Big Buzz which used to air on Voot. In that show, all the evicted participants from the massive hit reality TV show Big Boss were asked about their experiences and opinions on their housemates.
