Tapsi operates under the brand name “B Tech Panipuri Wali,” who initiated her venture as a street food vendor, selling pani puri from a modest cart. The young entrepreneur’s paani puri stall was earlier located in Tilak Nagar. But now she claims that she has more than 40 stalls across India. Last year, a video of Tapsi riding a Royal Enfield with her paani puri stall towed to it went viral on social media.

Industrialist Anand Mahindra shared the video of ‘BTech Paani Puri wali’ towing her paani puri cart onto a Mahindra Thar. In his post on X, Mahindra admired her and also voiced his admiration for off-road vehicles by emphasizing on their unique ability to “help people explore the impossible.”

Her story and hard work garnered attention as she grew from towing her cart with a scooter to a bullet motorcycle and now to the Mahindra Thar.
