9 Bollywood Actress Who Got Pregnant Before Marriage

Usually we like to hear the good news from a woman only after she has been married and that’s what we generally see in India. But there are some celebrities that have undertaken pregnancy before they got married and tried their best to cover it. Announcing their pregnancy before marriage could have destroyed their careers and would have gained them a lot of criticism. Though this is not common in some parts of the world as women there can conceive and announce their pregnancy even before they are married or planning to get married.

Here we have a few Bollywood celebrities who got pregnant before actually getting married:

1. Mahima Chaudhary

Remember the beautiful woman from Dhadkan? Well, Mahima had taken everyone by storm in that movie. She married Bobby Mukherjee in 2006 and kept their wedding a private affair. There are some reports that claim that she was pregnant then. She had immediately announced her pregnancy right after she announced her wedding. Her dating life and all the failures in her relationships was known to the Indian audience but her pregnancy was kept all aloof from the audience. She did not tell anyone and that is why this has got us all surprised.

2. Neha Dhupia

When Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia took to social media to announce that they got married it came out as a surprise. Later Angad Bedi, revealed on Neha’s podcast that she was pregnant before they got married. He also said that he got scolded by Neha’s parents when broke the news to them. “I said, ‘You know what? We’re gonna have a baby.’ There was silence, bahut jhaad padi (they scolded me a lot). I don’t think they were really prepared to hear the news that you were expecting,” he said.

3. Sarika

Kamal Hassan dated Sarika while he was already married to another woman. He had then later asked for a divorce a year later, from his first wife to be with Sarika. Sarika had got pregnant with her first child, Shruti Hassan before they had got married, but was dating and living together. They both actually married quite after that time and then Sarika gave birth to her second child, Akshara.

4. Konkona Sen Sharma

In the year 2010, Konkona Sen Sharma had married her co-actor Ranveer Shorey in a very private ceremony. They had already been dating for a very long time. In 2011, she had given birth to a baby boy. This made everyone suspicious hat she was pregnant before she had actually got married. In fact, the marriage was also announced hastily making everyone even more suspicious. Many people believe that she had such a quick marriage because of the fact that she was pregnant before marriage. Well, some people might just disagree but to us, everything looks quite clear.

5. Celina Jaitley

Celina Jaitley is the winner of the titles Miss India and Miss Universe. Celina dated her current husband Peter Haag for quite a long time before she got married to him. Her husband is an hotelier based in Dubai, UAE. There are some reports that confirm that Celina had actually got pregnant with her twin boys before she actually got married. After her sudden marriage, she had quickly announced her pregnancy and a few months later, she gave birth to her twin sons. They had got married in the month of July of 2011 and she gave birth to her children in March. Why did she even hide it? It is quite obvious, isn’t it?

6. Amrita Arora

It seemed very sketchy when all of a sudden Amrita Arora, the sister of Malaika Arora announced that she had got married. Amrita got married to her businessman boyfriend Shakeel Ladak to cover up the pregnancy that she had received before her marriage. She decided to get married in a private ceremony. Everything went fine but then she made an announcement of a baby which was sooner than everyone had expected which put a stamp on our suspicion. It was obvious that she had tied the knot for covering up her pregnancy.

7. Sridevi

Sridevi is known to be one of the most beautiful actresses to ever be in the Bollywood industry. Sridevi is among those women who revealed that she was pregnant before she actually got married to Boney Kapoor. She was pregnant for over seven months when she got married to her husband, Boney Kapoor. Boney had an extramarital affair with Sridevi and thus had got divorced with her first wife to be with her. Jhanvi was born after just a few months after the two got married.

8. Veena Malik

Who can forget the woman Veena Malik because of whom the popular reality show Bigg Boss was shifted from the 9 PM slot to the 11 PM slot. She had shown some earthy and sexually charged behavior with her mate Ashmit Patel. There has been a controversy recently which tells that Veena had got pregnant before she actually got married. She is currently married to a businessman based in Dubai. Her child is said to be of her ex-boyfriend but there is no such confirmation. She has suddenly got married and is trying to push all the scandals she has been a part of, away.

Neena Gupta got pregnant while she was dating crickter Vivian Richards. Neena gave birth to Masaba but as Vivian Richards is already married, they don’t live together.
