Tanmay Raju, a former Twitter user, recently posted about an incident that happened on December 23rd. His buddies were going from Sidhi to Prayagraj airport in Uttar Pradesh when they came into a potentially hazardous situation. They were not expecting to see a rolling tire in front of their automobile, which caused it to veer off the road and into a field.
Mr. Raju’s sequence of X postings indicates that while his buddies were safe, the car’s tire detached because of a shattered wheel hub.

He also mentioned how frustrating it was to contact Tata Motors for assistance since they sent incompetent people with a tow truck, which resulted in a long wait. Shockingly, despite being stranded for 28 hours, Tata Motors demanded payment for the tow truck services from them.

Raju underlined the seriousness of the situation and expressed worry for people’s safety despite the Tata Nexon’s five-star safety certification. He appealed to Tata Motors to accept responsibility, reimburse the towing expenses, and deal cautiously with the malfunctioning item.

Their official page requested dealer information by direct message, email address, and primary and backup contact numbers, expressing their readiness to resolve the problems voiced. On X, they wrote,

“Hi Tanmay, we’d really like to look into the concern you’ve raised. Please share your primary & alternate contact number, email ID & dealer information via DM, so that we can connect with you for further help.”

This incident isn’t an isolated case of dissatisfaction with Tata Nexon. A Bengaluru guy previously claimed to have received a brand-new Tata Nexon that was “defective” earlier in the year. In response, Tata Nexon expressed regret and asked for further information to help the unhappy client, reaffirming their dedication to fixing the problem.
