Preity Zinta is an Indian actress known for her infectious smile and bubbly nature. She is not only an actress known for her work in notable Bollywood hits but she is also an entrepreneur. She is a co-owner of the Indian Premier League cricket team Punjab Kings and the founder of the production company PZNZ Media. Since 2017, she is also the owner of the South African T20 Global League cricket team Stellenbosch Kings.

Zinta got married to her American partner Gene Goodenough in 2016, at a private ceremony in Los Angeles. Goodenough happens to be the Senior Vice-president of a US-based hydroelectric power company for Finance at NLine Energy. After her marriage, Preity moved to Los Angeles. She visits India on a regular basis. She and her husband became parents to twins (a boy and a girl) through surrogacy in 2021.

The actress and entrepreneur once told the Gulf News back in 2008 that she had plans to build a home on her ancestral property for a long time. She said,

“I always wanted a family home in my hometown Shimla. I’m now going to build a house there. The older one is in a locality that’s so crowded I don’t recognise it anymore. Earlier, it was just our house and lots of trees”

Preity is often seen spending time in the hills and the garden of her Shimla home.

2. Her Mumbai Apartment

Mumbai’s suburban Bandra is where Preity Zinta’s Mumbai home is located. Before she decided to shift to LA after her marriage, her luxurious Mumbai house was her permanent home. According to the reports by TOI, her residence in Mumbai is very close to Karan Johar’s Mumbai office. It is known that the actress Parineeti Chopra also bought her apartment there for Rs 22 crore.

3. Preity Zinta’s LA house

After her marriage with LA-based Gene Goodenough, Preity’s LA house has become her permanent address. The Los Angeles property is spread over a vast area. The interior is minimalistic and neat. Her LA residence has a massive backyard and a pool finished with sunbeds. Preity is often found in her backyard using the space for her workouts and to play with her dog.
