2. Sachin Bansal’s house In Kormangala – Rs 45 crore

Sachin Bansal, the co-founder of Flipkart, lives in Kormangala, one of Bangalore’s most affluent neighborhoods. He recently purchased two homes in the same neighborhood. The units are priced at Rs 45 crore and span 5,800 and 5,000 square feet.

3. Ajit Prabhu’s home at Four Seasons Private Residences at Embassy ONE – Rs 50 crore

Ajit Prabhu is the chairman and CEO of Quest Global, a professional outsourcing firm. He paid Rs 50 crore for a 30th floor flat in the Four Seasons Private Residences’ South Tower. He became the purchaser of Bangalore’s city’s largest deal with the 16,000-square-foot units.

4. Azim Premji’s Home In Whitefield – Rs 350 crore

The classic brick home design is the source of inspiration for this household. Azim Premji, an Indian business entrepreneur, businessman, engineer, and humanitarian, has a 6,000-square-foot mansion in Bangalore estimated at Rs 350 crore.

5. Nikhil Kamath’s home in Kingfisher Towers
