KPMG India follows an interesting work policy which allows its employees to work from any location, be it home or a client workplace. 5. Microsoft: Transport for pick and drop
Hyderabad campus of Microsoft has company-owned buses and cabs to pickup and drop employees within the campus. This provides a lot of convenience to the employees, especially female employees, as the transport is monitored by company surveillance.
6. Future Group: No penalty for delay due to Traffic
This Mumbai-based retail chain understands the daily traffic struggles of its employees in Mumbai and gives them the option to choose their work time to avoid the infamous traffic. The employees can come to work between 0830 hrs to 1030 hrs and leave after completing eight hours of work.
7. SAP Labs: Choose your time to work
Employees at SAP Labs Bengaluru do not have strict work timings, what exists in many other companies. They have the freedom to choose their work timings – come when they like and go once the work is done. The reason behind this system is the logic that productivity is more important than number of hours in office. So if you can finish the assigned task in 6 hours, you are free to leave.
