India” was one of the most inspiring movies which motivated every girl. The movie was not only patriotic but also gave a new direction to the dreams and aspirations of millions of girls in India. 1. Sagarika Ghatge as Preeti Sabharwal

Her memory is still as fresh as dew. She played Preeti Sabharwal. She played her role so beautifully that it accelerated her career and gave her an opening into Marathi cinema. In reality, Ghatge was a national level hockey player. She became one of the finalists in Khatron ke Khiladi season 6, 2017. Later, her life took a turn and she married former cricketer Zaheer Khan.

2. Vidya Malavade As Vidya Sharma

Her career had started long before her appearance in this movie. Malvade has done movies such as Inteha in 2003. However, in Chak De India, she left a mark through her role. She also played major roles in several Bollywood movies like Kidnap, No problem, 1920: Evil Returns, and Once upon a time in Mumbai Dobaara.

3. Shillpa Shukla As Bindia Naik

She definitely stole my attention with her stubbornness and with her attitude. Bindia, the intense role which Shukla played, earned her praises. This movie upped her career before she won a Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress for movie B.A. Pass. She was last spotted in Crazy Cukkad Family.

4. Chitrashi Rawat As Komal Chautala

Rawat portrayed her role as a player from Haryana in Chak De! India beautifully and totally won our hearts. She then featured in many movies like Fashion, Luck, Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya. A multi-talented actor, Rawat also tried her hand in comedy. Currently we could see her in a television show Shankar Jaikishan 3 in 1 as Simple Kapoor.

5. Tanya Abrol As Balbir Kaur

This bold girl with a temper made us admire her acting skills. This girl from Punjab made the film more entertaining. After Chak De! India, Abrol did several TV shows such as CID and Ye hai Aashiqui.

6. Anaitha Nair As Aliya Bose

After Chak De! India, Nair’s career geared up and she did several Hindi and Malayalam films. She gave her best shots in Well Done Abba, Jhootha Hi Sahi and Force. Right now Nair is well-settled with her husband and the interesting fact about her is that she is an renowned hairstylist in Hong Kong. She has a beautiful baby girl and her name is also Aliya.

7. Shubhi Mehta As Gunjan Lakhani

A very talented actor and a roadies winner, Mehta gave her best in Chak De! India and was appreciated. She is no longer in the film industry and is using her talents in Corporate world. Mehta she is well-settled and happily married.

8. Sandia Furtado As Nethra Reddy

She charmed all with her sarcastic comparison between Tamil and Telugu. She herself is a hockey player and the role was offered when she was a student of St Xavier’s College. She is happily married to London-based Matteo Busa and she is considered best in her profession as a PR officer at Ernst & Young.

9. Arya Menon As Gul Iqbal
