2. Sunny Singh – Jai Singh Nijjar

Another Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor Sunny Singh is making slow yet steady strides in Bollywood. Not many of you must know that his father Jai Singh Nijjar has also been a part of the industry. He was a stunt coordinator and worked for the films like Chennai Express, Shivaay, Himmatwala and Singham.

3. Ayushmann Khurrana – P. Khurrana

One of the most talked about actors of today’s time, Ayushmann Khurrana is known as a self-made star in Bollywood. Apart from his brother Aparshakti Khurrana, none of his family members have ever worked in the industry. His father P. Khurrana is a renowned astrologer in Panchkula and many celebrities have consulted him for astrological predictions.

4. Siddhant Chaturvedi – Laxman Chaturvedy

The Gully Boy star worked his way into Bollywood with the Ranveer Singh film and never looked back. His father is a Chartered Accountant and the actor was also following his footsteps until he found a break in the industry.

5. Randeep Hooda – Ranbir Hooda

Randeep Hooda, though seen very less in Bollywood, is known among many for his method acting in films like Sarabjit, Highway, Kick, etc. The Haryanvi actor Randeep Hooda is very close to his father Ranbir Hooda, who is a renowned surgeon by profession.

6. Sidharth Malhotra – Sunil Malhotra

Sidharth Malhotra created a separate fan base for himself for his debut in Student Of The Year in 2012. You will find it quite surprising that before SOTY, he already worked in the industry as an assistant director for Shah Rukh Khan’s My Name is Khan.

Despite the common misconception that Sidharth Malhotra has his backing in Bollywood, his father Sunil Malhotra was a merchant navy officer by profession.

7. R Madhavan – Ranganathan

Tollywood superstar R. Madhavan is touted as one of the most brilliant actors in the industry. He became a cult favourite after his Bollywood film RHTDM. After Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein, he went on to give multiple hits and now he is famous for his salt and pepper looks and a super-carved physique. Despite his good looks and talent, you will be surprised to know that he belongs to a non-filmy background. His father Ranganathan is a Tata Steel employee.

8. Amitabh Bachchan – Harivansh Rai Bachchan

It would be wrong to say that Amitabh Bachchan’s father Harivansh Rai Bachchan is less known to everyone. In fact, Big B earned his name from his poet father who was a treasure of talent. He was best known for his works like Madhushala. Harivansh Rai Bachchan was also conferred with Padma Bhushan Award in 1976 for his contribution to Hindi Literature.
