Babil Khan recently penned a poem for his late father Irrfan Khan
Just last week, Babil Khan paid tribute to his father, Irrfan Khan, on Instagram on the fifth anniversary of his passing. In addition to the sentimental childhood photo of himself with his father, Babil wrote a heartfelt poem that expressed his love and longing for the renowned actor. Here is his poem, which he wrote in the caption of his Instagram post:
“With you, without you. Life goes on, With me, without me. Soon I’ll be there. With you, not without you. And we will run together, and fly, Drink from waterfalls, pink not blue. I will hug you so tight, and I will cry, Then we’ll laugh, just like we used to. I miss you.
Irrfan Khan passed away from neuroendocrine cancer in 2020. Speaking about Babil Khan’s professional life, he debuted as an actor in a Hindi film with Qala (2022). Additionally, he is featured in Friday Night Plan (2023) and the miniseries The Railway Men (2023).
