Bapuji, Aka Amit Bhatt, Gives An Honest Reply After A Fan Asks, ‘Aap Gutka Khaate Ho?’

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC) is one the longest-running shows on Indian television. The family show and its characters enjoy a massive following and receive immense love from the fans. Amit Bhatt aka Bapuji from the show has been associated with the show since its inception. He is one of the most loved characters in the show.

Amit Bhatt is very active on social media, where he often shares pictures and videos and keeps his fans updated. His latest post on Instagram has caught everyone’s attention, however, for all the wrong reasons.

In a video shared by Amit on Instagram, he can be seen acting out a Hindi dialogue with his wife Kruti Bhatt. The video was shared in May. He says:

“40 ke baad stree samajhdar ho jati hai par mudde ki baat to ye hai ki woh khud ko 40 ki maane to na (After turning 40, a woman becomes wiser, but the real problem is she doesn’t ever consider herself 40).”

A fan asked Amit Bhatt if he chews Gutka

The video went viral in no time and was flooded with reactions from the fans. Among many, an Instagram user asked the actor whether he eats ‘Gutka’. The Instagram user wrote:

“Aap gutka khate hai”

Amit Bhatt was quick to notice the Tweet and come up with a reply to it. Amit replied,

“Yes.”

Amit’s response has caught the attention of many and has sparked a series of reactions from all corners.

Many slammed Amit Bhatt for consuming Gutka and told him about the serious health issues he could get. Others advised him to see a dentist. A section of netizens saw a funny side of this conversation and appreciated him for his direct and honest reply.
