For instance, a recent viral video showed a huge metal trunk dangling from a moving train coach in Bihar, prompting a response from the Railways.

This video was posted on X by the account named @ChapraZila. It seems to feature a massive metal trunk hanging halfway out of the window of a running train coach. Though the larger part of the trunk is out of the train, it is being held by two people from inside the train.

Posting this video, the user raised questions about how the passenger would get such a huge trunk on board a train. They also warned that it could potentially collide with a pole or another object along the route.

How did the Indian railway respond to the viral video?

In reply to the viral tweet, Railway Seva, the official customer support account on X of Indian Railways, asked for more information about the incident, such as the station name, train number, and mobile number, so that they could act accordingly. Moreover, Railway Seva told the user that their complaint could be made on the RailMadad website to get it sorted. Additionally, the support handle advised users that assistance can be sought by dialling the railway helpline number 139.
