In a now-viral post, she shared a shocking incident where the food delivery app displayed names from her contact list alongside menu items, indicating who had been ordering from which restaurant most often. What was meant to be a casual scroll through food deals turned into a moment of disbelief.

To support her claim, she even attached a screenshot from the Zomato app, which showed the name of one of her contacts next to a Burger King item, suggesting that the person had ordered it frequently.

After Arundhati flagged a serious privacy concern on X, Zomato responded with a generic customer support message, saying,
