Hi Sisir, thanks for reaching out! We’re looking into this issue. Please give us a little time, and we’ll be back soon.

To which Sisir later replied, ‘Waiting’ with an anxious emoji.

In many industries, especially logistics, delivery, construction, security, and factory work, workers often face unjust wage practices. Bonus pay and incentives are frequently promised but rarely delivered in full.

To avoid these circumstances, companies and contractors must be held accountable. Workers must be authorized to raise their voices, and platforms must exist where such concerns can be addressed transparently. The government should also step in to ensure labor protections.
