A video of a woman attempting to set the house on fire has been doing the rounds on the internet and has left the netizens shocked on social media. The viral video showcases a woman purposely attempting to set fire to the house with an elderly person sleeping inside the room who seems to be her father-in-law.
In the video, a man can be heard “Woman is deliberately burning papaji”
The woman can be seen in the video burning a paper-like material and tossing it on the elderly man who is sleeping inside the room with his face covered with a mask. The old man wakes up from his sleep and the woman throws the burning thing on his bed.

The man who was allegedly recording the video throws the burning substance from the bed preventing the mattress or the blanket from catching fire. Luckily, the elderly man was saved as the burning material fell on the floor.
After the video went viral on social media, the woman in the video is being criticized by social media users as the man could have been burnt alive
If the fire had caught the bedsheet or the blanket, it would have engulfed the man alive. As in the video, the old man did not seem to be in a condition to get up and flee from the fire. The woman in the video is being held responsible for this shocking attempt. Several reporters also shared the video on social media.
However, as there is no detailed information available regarding the video, the authenticity of the video is debatable. The act recorded by the man is extremely cruel. It is also unclear why the man was recording the video without stopping the woman from lighting the fire.
Luckily, the old man was safe and he escaped the fire without getting hurt as the fire was doused before it could burn the entire house.

The users are sharing the video conveying that the woman was upset and disturbed about something and attempted to set the house on fire. She also deliberately dropped the fire where her old father-in-law was sleeping.
