Over the past decade, India has seen an extraordinary revolution in its urban transport culture with the emergence of cab-based ride services. Ola, Uber, Rapido, and BluSmart have transformed commuter journeys, providing convenience, affordability, and accessibility unprecedented before. These ride services have not just transformed the daily travel routines of millions but also impacted employment patterns, technology uptake, and the rise of the gig economy in India.
But notwithstanding their popularity, cab-based services in India have a lot of challenges on both the driver’s and the customer’s side. While the customers’ side is extremely well covered on the Internet, recently, a story of one cab driver earning hearts on the Internet emerged when a customer left the cab without paying after quarreling with him about the drop point.

Main bhi bina payment ke nikal jaungi.
To this, the driver told her that she could do it. After this, the woman keeps arguing with him, saying,
Aap shanti se wahan tak chor sakte the…
On this, the driver tried to give him an explanation, saying that he would not drop him at any other location, as he was paid for this location. He says,

Kyu choru Mai? Ma’am, jab location yahan ki hai to mai kyu jaunga wahan par?… Aap chahe complaint daalo, kuch bhi kro, theek hai! Gaadi yahan se aage nahi jaegi.
After this, the woman kept arguing that she wanted to get off somewhere else; otherwise, she would not pay for the ride. On this, the driver says,

On this, the woman kept arguing about the drop location. However, the driver kept insisting that he could not do this. After this, the woman tried to insult him, saying,
Kis Manhoos ghadi me teri cab book kari…
Upon hearing this, the driver becomes a bit furious. However, he still maintained his manners, saying,
Ma’am, mai aapke paise nahi khaa rha hu… Theek hai… Pehle aap tameez se baat kijiye… Maine aapse kya ‘tu’ karke baat karaa hai?
On this, the woman shamelessly said,

Tum ‘tu’ karke mujhse baat kar bhi nahi sakte ho…
On this, the driver asked why she was talking to him while using ‘Tu.’ Again showing her shamelessness, the woman replies to him on this, saying,
Meri Marzi, mera Muhh…
The argument went on. At last, the woman goes out of the car without paying him. The video seems to have been recorded from the driver’s dashcam and shared by Indian advocate and men’s rights activist Shonee Kapoor on X, formerly known as Twitter. He also added the caption along with the video, which says:

Shame on this lady. How can she go so low??? After enjoying the ride, she refuses to pay. So many such incidents of female riders coming to light off latte.
If this continues, then cab and bike drivers will start refusing to pick up female riders.— Ani Hyderabad (@AniHyderabad) September 21, 2025
