Kuldeep Yadav and Vanshika’s engagement in Lucknow had no media presence. Vanshika is from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. She resides in the Shyam Nagar area of the city. She and Kuldeep have been close friends since they were kids. The couple grew up as friends; eventually, their friendship turned into something more, and they have finally decided to put a ring on it.

The engagement of Kuldeep Yadav and Vanshika took place at The Centrum in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. The event was attended by Kuldeep’s family and friends, including some fellow cricketers from the team.

For the ceremony, Kuldeep wore a beige bandhgala suit with detailed embroidery and beadwork. Whereas Vanshika looked fetching in a beautiful orange lehenga with gold embroidery, she complemented the look with traditional gold jewellery. Her hair was kept open, styled with soft locks.

Amid rumors of a rift between Kuldeep Yadav (DC) and Rinku Singh (KKR) after the infamous ‘slap’ incident that happened between them momentarily after their teams faced off at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. Rinku’s presence at the ceremony and Priya’s post for the couple on social media suggest that everything is fine between them.
Though pictures from Kuldeep and Vanshika’s engagement ceremony have gone viral online, the cricketer has not made any announcements or revealed his marriage dates so far. This implies that the cricketer might go for an intimate wedding, away from the cameras.

On the work front, Kuldeep just wrapped up his IPL 2025 commitments, and their team failed to win the title. He played well this season, taking 15 wickets in 14 matches this season. After IPL, Kuldeep will go to England, as India is set to play a five-match Test series starting on June 20, 2025. According to some reports, Kuldeep might tie the knot after the England series. The DC spinner also made a significant contribution to the 2024 T20 World Cup and the 2025 Champions Trophy.
