Need for stricter safety measures by Uber
Uber has stated that it takes such incidents seriously and has mechanisms in place to address complaints. However, these incidents highlight the need for stricter measures, including:

- Enhanced Driver Screening: Implementing more rigorous background checks to ensure driver credibility.
- Swift Complaint Resolution: Establishing a more responsive system to address passenger complaints promptly.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Utilizing technology to monitor rides in real-time for any irregularities.
Ride-hailing companies like Uber must prioritize stringent safety protocols and swift action against misconduct to maintain public trust and ensure the well-being of their users.
