RJ Mahvash recently took to Instagram to share her thoughts on what truly defines cheating in a relationship. In a reel that caught a lot of attention, she kept the message direct and bold with the text on the video reading, “This is cheating. Period.” Along with the video, she shared a long, heartfelt caption where she talked about how certain actions within a relationship, even if not physically cheating, still count as betrayal. She wrote,

“Relationship me rehke ye sab krna cheating. Aise log khud hi apna karma hote hain bro, chorh de usko, khud hi depressed marenge aise log. (Doing all this while being in a relationship is cheating. These people are their own karma, leave them, they’ll end up depressed on their own.)”
In her emotional note, Mahvash also offered support to people who have experienced being cheated on. She expressed how cheating reflects more on the person who cheats than the one who gets hurt. She wrote,
“Okay, I will tell u something, if you are someone who is going through a cheat, be sorry for that person that he did not realise that ‘love’ doesn’t happen every day. It’s rare.”
According to her, people who cheat will likely continue to do so in future relationships too.

She urged her followers not to forgive repeated betrayal, sharing her own painful experience. She wrote,

“Maafi kya chiz hoti hai? Kabhi maaf ni krne ka warna dubara kuchle jaoge. Main apni last relationship me 3 bar maaf krke dekh chuki hu. (What is forgiveness? Never forgive them, or you’ll be crushed again. I forgave in my last relationship three times and saw the result.)”
She reminded her audience not to let anyone disrespect them more than once and reassured them that they deserve much better.

Mahvash concluded her message with a powerful line, encouraging self-respect and healing,

One user took to the comment section of her post and accused her of being a homewrecker. The netizen with the username @torie_the_numb wrote,

However, Mahvash didn’t stay silent and gave a savage yet dignified reply. She responded,
“Maine churaya nahi islye I wouldn’t know but yes kisika pati churana cheating. (I haven’t stolen anyone’s husband, so I wouldn’t know—but yes, stealing someone’s husband is cheating.)”
Not stopping there, Mahvash also addressed the accusation on her Instagram Stories. Sharing a screenshot of the comment, she wrote,

The rumours surrounding Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash’s relationship began picking up pace over the last few months, especially during the time of the cricketer’s separation from his now ex-wife, Dhanashree Verma.
