The Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas attacked Israel early on October 7 in a large and unprecedented strike. Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha’s video from Israel went viral
Amid this crisis, reports have emerged of Indians, including students and workers, being stranded in the conflict zone. Notably, Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha was stuck in Israel while visiting the Haifa International Film Festival to screen her movie Akelli. Her team has been unable to establish contact since Saturday. Although Israeli government sources indicate that Nushrratt has reached the airport, chaos has resulted in her missing the flight.

While the world anxiously awaits updates on Nushrratt’s situation, a video from the film festival has gone viral. In the video, Nushrratt is seen singing Amitabh Bachchan’s iconic song Tere Jaisa Yaar Kahan from the film Yaarana (1981). She was singing alongside Israeli star Tsahi Halevi.

Nushrratt Bharuccha is safe and is returning home
Meanwhile, bringing relief to fans and well-wishers, Nushrratt Bharuccha is coming back to her country after being stranded in Israel. In a recent update, Nushrratt’s team has successfully re-established communication with her. They declared that preparations had been made for her safe return to India with the help of the Embassy after confirming her safety.
Speaking to News 18, her team said,

“We have finally managed to get in touch with Nushrratt, and with the help of the Embassy, she is being safely brought back home.”
Her team added,
“We did not get a direct flight so she is on a connecting flight home. For her further safety, more details cannot be shared but as soon as she lands in India, we will inform you. We are relieved and thank god that she is safe and on her way to India.”
