This statement came hours after Kakkar issued a statement criticizing them for setbacks in arrangements and anomalies in payment.

After Neha and her brother, Tony, shared a series of back-to-back Instagram stories accusing her Melbourne concert organisers of mismanagement, the organizers, Beat Production, shared their side of the story. They mentioned that it would reveal Neha Kakkar’s truth behind the event. Their statement read,

“We will be back with all the proof and details of what happened with the Neha Kakkar show. We will expose everybody.”
On March 28, 2025, a representative from the company contradicted Neha’s claims in a Facebook Live session. They cited that Neha should be the one to pay them compensation as her show was a disaster in the city. They added that they suffered a big loss due to it.

Moreover, the organisers also claimed that Neha made false accusations against them and said that they had made all the necessary arrangements, like booking 5-star hotels, sending multiple cars for her, and more. They said,
“The allegations are completely false. We are in big debt after the show. She should be the one paying us… it was a mistake having her on board.”

Neha Kakkar accused the organisers of mismanagement and running away with her money
Neha Kakkar shared a post on her Instagram a few days ago. In the carousel post, she shared the reason behind her delay and the reason for shedding tears at the concert by blaming the organisers for running away with her money. She also added that they didn’t make any arrangements for her or for her team. She claimed that her team was left without food, hotel, or even water, and they advised Neha to cancel her show. She wrote,
“Do you all know that I performed absolutely free for my Melbourne audience? The organisers ran away with my money and others too. My band was not even given food, hotel, or even water. My husband and his boys went and provided them with food. Despite all this, we still went on stage and did the show without any rest because my fans were waiting hours for me.”
She also shared an apology and thanked her supporters. Neha wrote,

“Guys, you are really sweet! You have been patient. Itni der se aap log wait kar rahe ho. I hate it, maine life mein kabhi kisi ko wait nahi karwaya hai. Aap itni der se wait kar rahe ho, I’m so sorry! It means a lot to me. I will remember this evening forever. Aaj aap log mere liye itna kimti time nikaal kar aaye ho. I will make sure that I will make you all dance.”
