This video starts with a passenger sitting on the upper berth of the general coach asking the cost of the ‘Rail Neer’ water bottle, to which the vendor replies that it is 20 rupees. Hearing this, the passenger quotes the price written on the bottle, which says Rs 15. The passenger argues by asking, ‘But it only has 15 written on it! Why are you charging 20 rupees?’ The vendor does not answer and moves ahead.
When he registers the passenger’s question, he says,

Kuch nahi hota hai uah share karo woh share karo, sab konpata hai , sabko cut jata hai, best to yah hai in vendor ko qr code ke saath hi bechne ko bolo…koi cash nahi chalega, aurbin logonki manmani bhi bandh hogi, railway apni akkal nahi lagata hai, lagayega to cut nahi milega.
