Recently, many railway passengers had posted about the terrible conditions of Indian Railways. From overcrowding to ticketless travel to bad food quality and unsanitary conditions, there are so many issues that need to be addressed by the Indian Railways.
Even though Indian Railways is trying to solve these issues on many levels, they are still not resolved. The biggest problem faced by the passengers of Indian Railways is still overcrowding and occupancy of reserved seats by unreserved passengers. A similar incident occurred with a passenger traveling on the Gwalior-Barauni Express train. Indian Railway has also responded to it.

This incident showcases the long-standing problem of the Indian Railways regarding overcrowding, unreserved ticket passengers taking reserved seats, and then not vacating them even after complaining.
It happened mostly when there were a large number of people travelling in a general coach, and in case of inoccupancy there, they just came to the reserved coaches, like the sleeper coach and the AC coaches, without a reserved seat ticket. This causes discomfort for those who have paid for the sleeper and AC seats in advance, leading to various issues.
