1. History of Bhangarh Fort

Raja Madho Singh built the fort in 1631 in Bhangarh. Being located in a primordial town it is known as Bhangarh fort and it lies 300 Km from Delhi and 40Km from Jaipur. For centuries, it has been connected with lots of horror stories because it has seen deaths of clans due to magic cast.

Seeing them, you will always wonder how these temples are safe when there is no roof of any building inside the fort. Whenever people build the roof, it falls down itself without any reason. This is the reason people have abandoned that place.

6. Princess Ratnavati and Singia Tale

The story behind the magic cast is a magician and princess Ratnavati. The magician fell in love with a beautiful princess and wanted to capture her. He did the black magic on the oil that was for princess’ hair. Ratnavati got to know about this and threw the oil on the stone and later that stone killed the magician. In his last words, he cursed the fort people to death.

7. Guru Balu Nath and his curse

The place where the fort was built was the burial place of Guru Balu Nath. The king gets permission before building the Fort in one condition that the shadow should not fall on the Samadhi place of Guru Balu. If the shadow pats over his place the city would get destroyed. However, the Fort get more buildings and its shadow falls on the ground. Although king could not stop the shadow to fall and hence the result, it falls down.

8. Fort Bhangarh is against the entry of Foreign tourists

Every tourist is welcome here but visiting Bhangarh Fort need special permission because there are cases, a majority of people reported missing and most of them are foreigners. This activates  Indian government to make law.
