SRK to appear in an upcoming movie named King soon

One of the oldest film festivals in the world, the Locarno Film Festival was founded in 1946 and focuses on auteur films. There are 225 films on display during the 77th edition of the festival, including 15 debuts and 104 world premieres. Devdas, SRK’s iconic movie, was also screened at the film festival. Soon, he’ll make an appearance in Sujoy Ghosh’s film “King.” SRK affirmed his participation in the project during the Locarno Film Festival, saying,

I finished ‘Jawan’ and ‘Dunki’ last year. Now, there’s a certain kind of film I want to do. Maybe it’s more age-centric and something I’ve been pursuing for over seven years. One day, I mentioned it to Sujoy Ghosh in my office. He said, ‘Sir, I have a subject.’

Suhana Khan is expected to play the major role in King, while Abhishek Bachchan will play a negative character. For now, more information regarding the movie has yet to be released.
