@airindia we’ve boarded a plane with no pilots and waiting on the plane for hours. Why would you board passengers knowing that you have no pilots for the flight?”

Dear Mr. Warner, today’s challenging weather in Bengaluru caused diversions and delays across all airlines. The crew operating your flight was held up on an earlier assignment affected by these disruptions, which led to a delay in departure. We appreciate your patience and thank you for choosing to fly with us.

The worst airline @airindia . People please avoid travelling by AirIndia. They’d rather make you wait in the flight than providing accomodations and refreshment if delays are more than 1 hour as per DGCA. That’s how they save money. Cheap tactics.

David is right, I was not allowed to board even though reached one time to the airport and it was 5 minutes delay due #AirIndia check in counter line.
Rude and non cooperative Staff.#AirIndia service is very poor.

Air India is a new shame in the Aviation market. I have travelled over 7 times in it. And I noticed delay each time in it. They don’t just do delayed take off but delayed landing as well. Management is poor. And flight seats look like Government Buses

Meanwhile, it is important to note that rainstorms on Saturday caused waterlogging and traffic jams in many areas of Bengaluru, bringing the city to a complete halt. According to the India Meteorological Department, Bengaluru city had thunderstorms from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm and 3.6 mm of rainfall.
In several places, there have been reports of trees and branches falling due to the storms and strong gusts. Additionally, storms temporarily interrupted the city’s electrical supply in some areas. Due to this, at least 19 flights—including two operated by Air India—were diverted to different locations from Bengaluru.
