Bryan Johnson questioned Baba Ramdev’s claims but gets blocked instead
Anti-ageing millionaire Bryan Johnson, known for his ambitious Project Blueprint aimed at reversing ageing, reacted strongly to Baba Ramdev’s viral video of racing alongside a horse. While Ramdev credited his stamina and fitness to Patanjali’s Swarna Shilajit and Immunogrit Gold, Johnson challenged these claims by pointing out the poor air quality in Haridwar, where Patanjali is based.
“Air quality in Haridwar right now is PM₂.₅ 36 µg/m³ which is equal to smoking 1.6 cigarettes a day. “
Johnson further explained that prolonged exposure to this level of air pollution raises the risk of heart disease, thereby shortening life expectancy.

“This raises risks of heart disease by 40–50%, lung cancer by 3x, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and early death (5–7 years lost).”

However, shortly after sharing his response, Johnson found himself blocked by Ramdev on X (formerly Twitter). While sharing all this, his first line read,
