Some love tales leave a lasting impression on us even though they don’t have a happy ending. Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande’s story is one such example. They fell in love and were swept away by one another during the making of Pavitra Rishta. Ankita, a bright extrovert, met her counterpart in Sushant, a calm introvert, who captured her heart with his endearing quirkiness.
Their glaring contrasts never undermined their relationship, as they inspired numerous individuals with their steadfast love. Their relationship appeared to be perfect, leading to speculation of an impending marriage. The reasons behind their breakup remained hidden even after Sushant’s tragic death. Ankita, however, is quite fond of his memories. Living in the Bigg Boss 17 house now, she often talks about the late actor, recalling an instance in which Sushant rented out a whole theater so she could see his kiss in PK and private moments in Shuddh Desi Romance. She recalled his foresight, aware that her reactions might not have been favorable.

Ankita is a competitor on Bigg Boss 17 right now, along with her husband, Vicky Jain. A conversation on the possessive tendency of partners in a relationship is witnessed between Ankita and Abhishek Kumar in the most recent episode.
Ankita disclosed that she dated Sushant during his roles in PK and Shuddh Desi Romance, in which he shared personal moments with Parineeti Chopra, Vaani Kapoor, and Anushka Sharma. Even though Ankita was aware of the private moments, she claimed that seeing them unfold unnerved her.
Recalling her response to seeing Sushant kiss Anushka in the movie PK, Ankita said to Abhishek Kumar and Ayesha Khan,

“(When I watched PK), mujhe chakkar aa gaye the.”
She also confessed that she cried when she saw him engage in several intimate sequences in Shuddh Desi Romance. However, she added that Sushant had reserved the entire hall for her to see the movie by herself.

Adding how she scratched Sushant’s nails while watching those scenes, she said,
“We went to watch the film.He booked the entire theatre hall in Yash Raj Studios. There was nobody except me and Sushant. Because he couldn’t watch it with anyone because he knew I would lose it.”
Ankita added,

“He ran away and didn’t come. I watched the full film and after watching all the scenes I cried so much after reaching home. Even Sushant cried. He said, ‘I am sorry bubu. Abb nahi karunga.”
The actress said that she would have flashbacks of the parts in the movie when she would get close to Sushant and then push him away.
Ankita stated that her husband, Vicky Jain, is unable to watch TV sequences that depict intimate moments. She said,

“Vicky toh bilkul nahi dekh sakta (Vicky will never watch it). Vicky ne kuch bhi dekh liya na galat. Vicky ka dimaag. Kuch nahi garam ho raha yaha. He doesn’t like it.”
