Soon after Arya Jha shared his disturbing experience on social media, Blinkit Cares—Blinkit’s customer support handle—responded in the comment section. In their reply, they apologized for the unpleasant incident and called it “unacceptable.” They also asked Arya to share his order ID via DM so the matter could be escalated.

“Hi Arya, we’re extremely sorry for this deeply unpleasant experience. It’s absolutely unacceptable and not the standard we aim to deliver. Please share your order ID via DM so we can escalate this on priority ad take appropriate action. ~MK”

While this might seem like a standard and timely response, it came across as a generic template that lacked genuine concern or urgency.
