Additionally, Sushant’s family, particularly his sisters, have been at the forefront of the ‘Justice for SSR’ movement. Shweta Singh Kirti, his sister, has been actively involved in this cause and has frequently made news for her efforts to bring her brother’s case to justice. Fans of SSR have responded to Shweta’s commitment to the cause in a variety of ways. In order to convey her unwavering pain and preserve her brother’s memory, she regularly shares tributes and recollections of him.
Similarly, Shweta recently recalled her brother Sushant when she visited the Kedarnath temple in Uttarakhand.

Shweta Singh Kirti, Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister, visited the Kedarnath temple in Uttarakhand. However, what made her trip interesting was that she recalled her brother as his fourth death anniversary drew near.
Interestingly, her brother cherished visiting this location the most. He also made a movie named ‘Kedarnath’ in which he acted alongside Sara Ali Khan. Naturally, fans and other people find some bond between the dead actor and Kedarnath.
Shweta Singh Kirti made the emotional journey to Kedarnath
She sent an emotional statement on Instagram following her visit, describing the tremendous effect of being there. In her post, she wrote,

“It is the 1st of June, and four years ago on the 14th of this month, we lost our dearest Sushant. Even now, we are still searching for answers about what happened on that tragic day. I came to Kedarnath to pray, to remember, and to feel close to Bhai.”
Sushant’s sister said she had an “overwhelming urge to hug him” and that the day had been quite emotional for her. Furthermore, she mentioned that she sensed her deceased brother’s presence there. Speaking about this, she wrote,
“The day was incredibly emotional; as soon as I landed in Kedarnath, tears began to flow. I walked for a while but eventually had to sit down and cry my heart out, feeling his presence all around me. I felt an overwhelming urge to hug him. I sat and meditated where he had meditated, and in those moments, I felt he was still with me, within me, living through me. It felt as if he had never left.”
Shweta also spoke about a noteworthy event that happened the day before her arrival in Kedarnath. She wrote,
“Yesterday in Phata, there was no internet connection. While sitting in my car, I managed to open Instagram and saw only one post in my feed: a picture of Bhai in Kedarnath with a Sadhu. I knew I had to meet that Sadhu, and by God’s grace, I was able to. I’m attaching that picture for reference.”
In the end, she mentioned that how grateful she was to let this happen in her life. Shweta concluded,
“Grateful to God for making this happen. #kedarnath #kedarnathtemple #sushantsinghrajput.”
