Actress Rhea Chakraborty made headlines in 2020 for all the wrong reasons. The actress who was dating late actor Sushant Singh Rajput was accused for Sushant’s death by the latter’s family members and was also kept under judicial custody for a month following an investigation by the Narcotics Control Bureau.
But now, it seems that Rhea Chakraborty is slowly bouncing back and returning to normalcy as she has been snapped a couple of times in the city. Rhea joined Raghu Ram and wife Natalie Di Luccio in the celebration of their son Rhythm’s first birthday. Raghu’s brother Rajiv, his parents and VJ Anusha Dandekar were also present at the birthday celebration.

Several photos from Rhythm’s birthday celebrations were shared by Rajiv on social media. Taking to Instagram, Rajiv photos with Rhea she joined her friend for a family evening. In the series of photos, Rhea is seen clad in a brown checkered blazer with her hair left loose. Rhea smiled as she posed next to Rajiv. Rajiv is seen holding on to her and smiling as they posed for photos. Rajiv wrote caption, “My girl”, while sharing the photos.
In the past, Rajiv has come out in support of Rhea and had shared social media posts demanding justice for Rhea Chakraborty. After she was arrested by NCB he had shared a picture of Rhea with the caption, “Justice for Rhea”.
Soon Rajiv’s Instagram post featuring Rhea created quite a stir on social media, and he had to delete it later.
A little after, Rajiv took to his social media to share clarification about his caption. Not only did he delete the photos but also turned off his comment section and issued an apology. The photos that have since gone viral on social media are among the first we have seen of the actress at a social gathering. Writing an apology note Rajiv wrote,
“I seem to have created unnecessary trouble with my irresponsible choice of words on a post. Rhea is a dear old friend, and I’m happy to meet her again, and I wish her well.”
